The Clubhouse is for the use and enjoyment of all Cantabria Homeowners and and residents. The Clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 25 people.

To reserve the clubhouse you will need:

• Two (separate checks/money orders) made out to "Cantabria HOA"
  • A $15.00 "Clubhouse fee" (check or money order only, non-refundable)
  • A $200.00 cleaning and damage "security deposit" (check only, refundable)  
• A completed the Facility Use Agreement Form from the HOMEOWNER. A tenant may rent the Clubhouse, but the homeowner must complete the form.

If you are a resident (tenant) you must contact your landlord/rental company to ensure the HOMEOWNER completes the Facility Use Agreement form. 

Clubhouse Reservation requests will be answered during normal business hours, M-Th 8-5pm. Requests received outside of the regular office hours will be answered the following business day.
