The water to the entire community will be off on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please note the following: -Keep all faucets closed during this time to prevent accidental flooding. -After water is restored, there may be air in the lines that causes temporary sputtering. This should resolve itself once you allow your faucets to run for a few minutes. -If you notice your water is not getting hot, please unscrew the faucet aerator, clean it out, and reinstall it. Sediment can loosen during the shut-off, restricting flow and causing temperature issues. Offsite owners and managers are responsible for notifying their tenants of this scheduled service interruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while this necessary work is completed.

Cantabria Maintenance Corporation is comprised of 176 condominiums in Rancho Peñasquitos.  Our amenities include a pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, racquetball court, playground & volleyball court.

 Our Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors elected to office by the members of the community.

Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.

Board of Directors meetings are generally held via video and teleconference on the fourth Monday of every odd month at 5:00 p.m.

Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board must contact 360 Community Management prior to the meeting, to have their concerns added to the meeting agenda.

Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
