You may attend the bi-monthly Board meetings if you wish to speak to the Board of Directors directly. The meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every other month at 5:00 pm.

To participate in the board meeting, please register with 360 Community Management by emailing [email protected] before 2PM on the Thursday before the scheduled meeting. If you do not register before this deadline, you will not be able to attend the meeting.

 

When emailing 360 Community Management please include in your email:

-Your name

-Unit number/address

-If you have an item that you would like to talk about in the Open Forum part of the meeting, please include a brief description.

-If you do not want to bring anything to the board’s attention, please state “ONLY LISTENING”

Please note that all complaints regarding other residents must be in writing.  The reporting party will not automatically be identified to the resident in violation of the rules, but could be identified if the violation escalates to a hearing, fine or other enforcement proceeding.
